The room was nice and spacious, it spelt really nice and was warm. The staff were accommodating and friendly and offered great service. The breakfast was good and I also appreciated the complimentary service such as tea while waiting for my taxi.

The location is walking distance to the Sapa square. The view in the hotel, especially in the restaurant, is spectacular. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff, as well as the restaurant staff, were all so friendly and sweet.

Really comfy modern and clean room views from the hotel garden are beautiful and you can watch the funicular go by the rooms with the Mountain View’s looked amazing
