Amazing location. Lovely staff. So accommodating and let us use the hotel facilities even once we’d checked out until our sleeper bus.

Took the 2-bedroom suite/villa on the 9th floor, the only one with 2 bathrooms . Lovely views. Breakfast starts from 6.30 am which is rather useful if planning an early start. Vegetarian options were limited but adequate. The pool looked lovely but the weather was a bit chilly for the pool. Lots of restaurants and spas around. The sapa train station to go to the fansipan cable car is a 5-minute walk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The wifi was alright. The staff were polite.
