Nice spacious rooms - Got a room on the fourth floor, Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. We couldnt check-in early (which I think is the same for majority of hotels across Vietnam) but the manager was kind enough to give us a room to use the restroom and freshen up, which saved us a lot of time.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. We received a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was friendly and welcoming, he invited us for dinner and helped us arrange a tour. We appreciated the extra care, and recommend staying here!

Great place overall to spend a couple of nights in Sapa. It’s in the centre of the town, the staff is great, breakfast is abundant. Definitely would recommend!

Good location, free delicious breakfast, staff very nice and let us leave bags here while we did the Sapa trek and have a shower when we return.
