Wonderful property. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They helped arrange our taxi from the train station and tickets for Fansipan. The property was gorgeous and the views from the bedrooms were amazing but sadly not from the living room which was blocked by another chalet. Gorgeous view from the breakfast room and they even did a load of washing for me which was incredibly helpful. We miss the staff and were very sad to leave. They even gave us a picnic for the train back to Hanoi. Definitely recommend.

Everything about the place was amazing. The staff were super friendly and our room and view was stunning. It is super close to busy part of Sapa yet feels nice and secluded from the noise even being just a 5 minute walk from it. The staff gave recommendations for other places on our trip too and even made us a little packed lunch to take with us knowing we had a super long bus journey ahead. We wish we stayed here longer and if I was to return I would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute and modern hotel close to the central square in Sapa. They upgraded us for free to a single bungalow. Everything was perfect!
