Super friendly and helpful staff. Located just outside busiest tourist areas in Sapa but close enough to walk to town centre. Good breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby. Should be good views but obscured by cloud during our stay.

From the staff, to the room and the breakfast everything was good. Been greeted with a perfectly English speaking staff, that later in our stay helped us organise a tour and was just helpful with everything. The room was spacious and warm, ideal for a colder SaPa weather. The air conditioner was so powerful that it dried up wet clothes during night. Location is also OK, you do have to make some walk incline to reach city center and the street might be a bit difficult for bigger busses if cars are parked on one or the other side. The breakfast is right next to the lobby with some view, however, we did not had occasion to enjoy it because of the fog (SaPa is a city in fog, literally). Breakfast was Ok, no complains there, but some might find it as not many options, but then again it's not a 5* hotel. Good Wi-Fi is a plus. Overall we loved it!
