Centrally located Warm staff - people at the reception - Selena and Dua Lipa speak English and are very easy to communicate with. Likewise the staff at the restaurant Room was spacious enough for me and my parents. It comfortably fit in 3 adults and came with a balcony overlooking a beautiful street. It’s right next to Sapa Station which was the major highlight of our tour.

best staff ever. they went beyond to and provided excellent service. all astff was great expecaily the reception staff Salena and Dua lipa as well as martin form the resturant.
