As soon as we arrived until the moment we left the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to a better room and it was very comfortable with the most amazing views. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Short walk into Sapa town and very close to some lovely restaurants. Would highly recommend!

The location is good it is near some great restaurants and attractions. You will have a nice view of the villages and the rice fields down there. The room was nice and clean, the restaurant and free breakfast was fantastic it has a lot of varieties and options must of all they care for Muslims and halal food. The staff were so nice and helpful with checking in and out they even advised us to leave the baggage in the lobby and they give you an umbrella everytime you go outside. I really enjoyed my stay there and wish that I stayed longer.

Almost all the staff were very kind and professional, and the view every morning was astounding. It made us feel amazing, and the accommodation was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our vacation.
