It’s a little out the way, the hotel is nice but expensive for Vietnam. The restaurant food is not good and because of the location you would need to get a taxi to eat anywhere else. Staff are very strict about ending breakfast times and come around everyone’s table to let them know breakfast is ending.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view to the mountains. Rooms are very spacious and clean, the indoor heated swimming pool is great in cold season the outdoor infinity pool is a very generous size. The staff is very friendly. Huge thanks to Sophia at the reception who always helped us recommending transport options to Halong.
