Simple but nice accommodation with everything provided for a pleasant stay. The owners were kind and helpful, the room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view. The breakfast was good. 15 minutes walk to the centre and close to the bus station.

This is a very lovely family-run hotel. I had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony and a beautiful view over the city. The room was very clean and spacious, with two beds, a TV, a large full-length mirror, and a roomy bathroom. The beds have electric blankets, and there’s also a heater in the room if it gets cold. The balcony view is amazing and you can see the whole city. It’s just a short walk down a couple of stairways, and in about 5 minutes you’re already in the center. If you need a motorbike, you can rent one right at the reception. The hotel also has access from the main road on the other side, which is very convenient. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends, and if I come back to Sapa, I would stay here again. I even extended my stay for a few extra days because I really enjoyed being here.

Everything was perfect. I booked last minute and arrived around 3am and they let me in, showed me the room, and it was perfect. It was chilly at night, but the heating pad was perfect. The breakfast was super good and the lady who made it remembered the changes I needed to the order the next day as well. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was hot. I didnt want to leave.
