We used this room just to keep bags in and to have a shower whilst waiting for the night bus. It was as expected, small, clean, well located. Didn't expect any more or less than it delivered. It was a fantastic cheap option that served its purpose. The staff were superb. Looked after our needs and even gave us another room to shower in as there were a few of us and kids. They recommended one of the best restaurants of our stay too.

We couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Our three-day stay was simply wonderful. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was fabulous—complete, delicious, and varied. The room was always clean, spacious, and very comfortable. But what truly made our experience special was the way we were treated: with genuine care, friendliness, and attention. They were always looking out for us, offering helpful suggestions and recommending great activities around Sapa. We would choose this hotel again and again. We’re incredibly grateful for everything. Thank you for making us feel so well cared for!

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to help you. Our favourite hotel for sure in Asia.
