Staff were very helpful. Good hot water and water pressure. Toilet paper, kettle, and drinking water provided. Big comfy bed and I had a view.

Location mostly 2 mnt walk from bus station, 1 mnt to sapa lake ,3 mnt to center . The room clean and spacious . Easy to go around by walk

We arrived at 4am, staff checked us in and were helpful. We slept well the bed was comfortable. The staff were all really friendly when checking out and carried our bags to the taxi for us.

The view was amazing. The staff was nice and helpfull. Luggage could also be kept in the clockroom. It's a must stay in this price
