We had a great stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. You can enjoy the views from the swimming pool and the hotel rooftop. Alex was super nice and attentive, he made us feel like home! If we ever go back to Sapa we will stay there for sure!!

Alex the receptionist was the highlight of the trip. We contacted us on WhatsApp before our arrival and was great for advice and help with any and all questions. We checked in late and he was very accommodating when my friend was sick when we checked out. Lovely area. Clean and great value for money

Really nice room with a super comfortable big bed and nice bathroom with a good shower. The staff were lovely and welcoming.
