Staff were very friendly. Tran allowed us to check in early. We arrived at 8am in torrential rain, so this was very good for us. The rain eventually stopped and we were able to enjoy the sights of Sapa after a beautiful breakfast and a shower.

Really nice hotel in Sapa, breakfast was included and it was really good. Trang at reception was incredibly helpful and friendly, she booked tickets to fansipan for us and advised us on the best transport options, what to bring and helped with any other questions.

Location was great, the room was super nice and very clean, the staff was super nice. I prolonged by a couple of nights as it was very good

the room is big, staff are friendly and try to help out when possible. Even thought the breakfast doesn't have much choice, but it was enough. Toilet is clean and there are public toilet with shower in the hotel for those would like to refreshen up when arriving early morning via train or bus from hanoi before checking in .Soundproof window blocked out the sound and have a quite night .Sapa is a place where you can walk around
