Please note that Eco Palms House is located in the National Heritage site under the supervision of Local Government. Travelers need to pay for an entrance ticket of 75,000 VND per person.

A beautiful retreat in the heart of the rice fields with incredible views. The room was amazing and it was such an interesting experience to stay in a traditional northwestern tribal home. The staff were super friendly and even helped us get a last minute taxi during one of the busiest travel days of the year in Sapa. The retreat is not a standard hotel room as it is a traditional style building with mud walls and a bamboo floor which is why it's so great. The terrace view is unmatched and having a bathroom with a shower and bath is the icing on the cake. It's about a 10 min taxi ride into Sapa town, and you can walk there too but it's a 6k/1h 45m uphill walk along a busy road. There is a beautiful long hike you can take from the retreat, down to Lao Chai and along the river to Cat Cat village also. The restaurant has lovely breakfast options and it's great to have the option to eat lunch and dinner there too.

Our stay at this Eco Palms house was simply exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. From the very first moment, we were welcomed by the incredibly friendly and warm-hearted staff, who made us feel truly at home. Their attentiveness and genuine care stood out in every interaction—they anticipated our needs and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, filled with lush plants and thoughtfully designed spaces that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The views are breathtaking, especially overlooking the stunning rice fields, which added a magical touch to our stay. Our bungalow was charming, offering both comfort and privacy. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy the view of the rice fields right from our balcony—and even from the shower! It was such a unique and serene experience. We also had the pleasure of enjoying a massage, which was truly fantastic and deeply relaxing—another testament to the high level of care and quality the hotel provides. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This hotel is a perfect place to unwind, relax, and let your soul truly rest. We would absolutely love to come back!
