I think the room is very good for the price. I can use the kitchen, washing machine, nice view, enthusiastic staff, anything I need just text and it's available immediately.

As someone who often travels for work and works remotely, I especially appreciate the experience at D Home Sapa 3. This homestay meets my most important criteria: convenience and quick support. Outstanding plus points: 1. Excellent Automatic Check-in: The check-in process is completely automatic, extremely smooth and clear. I arrived late due to my flight but still checked in easily with just a few steps on my phone. This is really a lifesaver for business people like me. 2. Fast & Friendly Support: Despite automatic check-in, the support team via app/phone is always ready and responds very quickly when I have small questions. The attitude is extremely enthusiastic and friendly. 3. Beautiful Rooms, Great View: My room was clean, cozy, modern design and most importantly, had a beautiful view of Sapa mountains and forests right from the balcony/window. The space is worth relaxing after a day of work or exploration. 4. Full Basic Amenities: The room is fully equipped with the necessary amenities for a business trip or short vacation such as hot and cold water, stable wifi, hair dryer, TV, kettle... 5. Reasonable Price: Compared to the room quality, beautiful view and the convenience of check-in/support service, I find the price here is very reasonable and worth the money.
