Great views from the room when the clouds clear. Friendly staff. Nice balcony area. Decent breakfast adoptions. Nice dining area with views. Good sized room. Luggage storage available. Good location for CatCat

The receptionist, who owned the little dog, was extremely kind, and we were greeted at 7 am. The room was a great size, the shower had powerful hot water, and it was located between the center of Sapa, a 10-minute walk and about a 20-minute walk by cat cat.

We booked a room, but only upon arrival did we realise that there are three different rooms. At first, we were given a room with a not very nice view, which was a bit disappointing. However, I asked if it was possible to change it, and the staff kindly offered us a bungalow instead and it was absolutely amazing! The bungalow was spacious, beautiful, and made our stay so much better. I definitely recommend booking a bungalow from the start. Breakfast was okay but not very big. They also offer scooter rental at a good price, which is very convenient. Overall, after changing to the bungalow, we had a great stay!
