The reception staff were so lovely and friendly. Our room was so spacious and very clean.The bed was so comfortable (one of the best hotel beds I've slept in whilst in Vietnam). The Bathroom had the best shower with ample hot water and great fluffy towels. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice including western foods. The staff serving at the roof top bar were lovely. A very clean comfortable hotel, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Location is superb but staff were better. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Sapa. Breakfast buffet was lovely Our suite was awesome
