Nice stay, comfortable rooms. But I want to give a special thanks to Julie!! She helped us a lot with choosing the right activities and such. She was really helpfull. Everytime we had a question Julie came up with the rights answers... Really helpfull. Thanks a lot Julie. Also a big thanks to KC, was really helpfull as well.

Perfect location with very nice helping staff. We were greeted by KC at the reception and he was very friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel if you are visiting Sa pa.

This is a great hotel, with beautiful view on the montains and nice breakfast. Julie, from the reception, arranged everything perfectly for us, and helped us book a great Sapa trekking in the very last minute. She was lovely and very helpful with us. Thanks again
