Thank you for the wonderful days in this sunlit, comfortably furnished villa, with views of the northern and southern coasts of the island, natural landmarks shaped by volcanic activity. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality and lots of useful information. We had a great time at your place.

Very warm welcome by exceptional hosts Laura and Joao. We were given all useful information about both the accommodation and the island itself on arrival. Place is spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need, located almost in the middle of the island, being a great spot to discover all it's beauty. Would definitely stay again when visiting Sao Miguel in the future.

The house itself consists of a common anteroom and laundry room, two large eat-in kitchens/living rooms, two bedrooms and two bath & toilet units with shower and a wooden terrace in front with a combined mountain and sea view. It is designed in such a way that - for example - two couples, who are friends (or parents with grown-up children) can holiday together here, but the two sliding doors (which can separate both units) can be closed in the evening and at night - for example - so both having a complete living unit for yourself with more privacy. Of course, these sliding doors are not suitable for accommodating complete strangers in two residential units next to each other. So dont´worry, you will always rent the entire house when booking. The modern bungalow is cleverly designed and beautifully situated on the outskirts above the small village. On the generously dimensioned property there is also a covered, heated outdoor whirlpool and a garden shed with an infrared heat cabin, some fitness equipment, 2 mountain bikes and a shower and toilet unit. There is parking for several cars. The whole property is locked behind an electrically moved gate (radio remote control). Laura and Joao are exceptional superhosts, who both personally welcomed us with a large basket full of regional foods and specialties and provided many valuable tips about the island. After booking, we received several messages from Laura in advance for our planning, with an overview of gastronomy, sights, excursions, etc. Facilities: Very modern, stylish and new. One of the two kitchens has a small dishwasher. We also really appreciated the washing machine and clothes-dryer. The entire house is also ideal for people with mobility problems. Two large LED TV sets provide entertainment if required. Both bedrooms and both living rooms provide separate AC-cooling/heating.
