One of the rooms with a sea view and a small balcony. Living room with a big terrace. Close to a beach and a seafront promenade. Nice and modern.

Phenomenal Villa in a great location - close to Ponta Delgada and in the middle of the island, so everything was drivable in good time. There were at least 4 good restaurants within walking distance and a beach nearby. The Villa itself had everything you need, with great outside space and a sea view to die for. The hosts Fernando and Sofia were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us, especially when they found out it was my birthday, they were so kind. Would love to come back

This is a perfect place to stay! The villa is very spacious, stylish and well-equipped. It has a stunning ocean view and a great location close to the beach and the city. The hosts, Sofia and Fernando, are amazing people! They were so welcoming and willing to help with any questions, it felt like we came to visit old friends :) We had a great time staying at this villa and we hope to come back one day!

One rarely gives a property 10/10 but this is a true 10. Really beautiful, modern new apartment with great outdoor area looking out over the sea. And simply the most amazing host. So gracious, helpful and friendly - they just want you to truly enjoy the lovely Azores. Beach is close by, and there is a swimming rock 'cove' about a minutes walk (ladder into the water), which is perfect for a quick dip. Parking is easy - on the pavement in front of the apartment.
