The villa is spatious, clean and furnished in a stylish way! It is located in a great spot in the neighbourhood - 10 minutes walk from the beach with a great terrace with an oceanside view. It is conveniently nearby the airport - also a walking distance (3km) from Ponta Delgada on a seaside promenade. Public transport is right by the apartment too. Fernando and Sofia are hospitable, welcoming and extremely helpful, gracious hosts! Perhaps the kindest hosts we encountered on many of our travels! We highly recommend the villa!

The villa is beautiful exactly like in the pictures. It is a very nice place near the sea, the view is amazing. Fernando, the host is very nice, he helps with a lot of informations, he gave us a lot of presents with the local foods (local cheeses , local bread, and pineapple and a book about the Azores. I can recommend this place for everyone. 🤗

One of the rooms with a sea view and a small balcony. Living room with a big terrace. Close to a beach and a seafront promenade. Nice and modern.

Phenomenal Villa in a great location - close to Ponta Delgada and in the middle of the island, so everything was drivable in good time. There were at least 4 good restaurants within walking distance and a beach nearby. The Villa itself had everything you need, with great outside space and a sea view to die for. The hosts Fernando and Sofia were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us, especially when they found out it was my birthday, they were so kind. Would love to come back
