Check In / Out Information:Check-in – Between 04p.m. and 08pm.; before 04pm only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in between 08pm and 12am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; after 12am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied.Check-out – Between 08am and 11am; after 11am only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; early check-out between 12am and 06am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied, between 06am and 08 am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied.The Cascais / Lisbon City Hall charges 2 € per night of stay for each person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14 € per person. This tax has to be paid in cash on the check-in.

Will they refused to change cleaning sheets for 9 days staying unless i pay 15 euro for cleaning if u want someone u need to pay 30 euro and strange thing the will give u hard words that guy name nono if u asked him in Friday 3 pm I don't know why and he speaks in bad way through WhatsApp they took 30 euro for early check in and that was imbedded in hidden structure somewhere in booking and 50 for early check out also was embaded but the strange thing they said tax is max 14 euro per stay for above 13 year but the took from me 84 euro claiming it's increased but the one mentioned is 14 per adult they even took for child so i don't know my recommendation to u if u just come for the sea and u will not ask anything from them take it otherwise don't ,any way jose is good person he will welcome you

Spacious, clean accommodation. The washing machine and dishwasher were a bonus. Good location close to beaches and restaurants. A very warm reception from Jose. Highly recommend

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped for any stay. The welcome pack that we received on arrival was a nice touch and a great help to start our stay. What we loved the most was the location, close to restaurants, supermarket, beautiful beach and the train station.
