The building has everything you can need, is really safe and close to a good supermarket, Teh apartment has a nice balcony and the main bed is good sized, quite good mattress.

This apartment was ideal for our stay in São Paulo. It was clean, modern and well-designed. It was safe and had a great gym and pool. There is a supermarket nearby and the underground is also just a short walk away. I’d happily recommend it and would stay again.

The apartment is comfortable and the location is very good. The staff (not only the team which is responsible for the rental of the apartment but also the local staff at the building) is very friendly.
