I'm from S.Africa,my wife and I stayed there for3 nights before we took our Cruise.,we really enjoyed our stay .The Staff at the reception where very,very helpful,even helped with the translation and directions to go move around.As for the breakfast was amazing.Will definitely return when visiting Sao Paulo

Enormous bed, nice functional bathroom and very helpful staff. Did not try the in-house room service (for food), but it seemed popular. Just a stone's throw from Plaza Republica, which is best avoided. Lots to nice restaurants nearby with good food and even better prices. I would stay here again. Is it too much to expect a hotel like this to have some international TV channels?

I loved everything about Sooz Hotel. It was without exaggeration the best Hotel i stayed at in a while. The rooms were cosy and spacious and clean, the staff super friendly and attentive, the breakfast tasty and lush, the location just perfect. Would definitely book again.
