The fine print
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

I have no doubt about the kindness of the staff, but they could be a little more relaxed and less reserved—after all, foreigners don’t bite 😊 Everyone is very well-intentioned and does their best within the available resources. I did not notice any major shortcomings, though I do have a few suggestions. For instance, having two people at the front desk would provide guests with greater reassurance. In addition, internet outages are generally perceived as the hotel’s responsibility rather than that of the provider. Overall, this is a friendly hotel with well-intentioned staff who genuinely strive to deliver the best service possible. They have certainly earned full marks from me.

the hotel was a pleasant surprise . the neighboorhood seems a bit run down but was nearby a metro station. the inside of the hotel was newly renovated, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Perfect place for its price, 15-20 minutes from Tietes bus station. Very pleasant staff (even if many don’t speak English). Convenient to travel to and from with taxi.
