The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We got breakfast served exactly on time in the room. It was limited but did the job. They provided slippers to use inside the room as the floor was cold. The wifi was reliable. The shower was hot. We were able to store our luggage before check-in. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. Very close to the center of the city (10mins drive). Local shops close by. Easy Uber access.

The staff was always willing to help me even though I didn't understand the language well. My room was always clean with a new towel everyday. Water and refreshers available for purchase at even better prices than supermarkets. The breakfast was delicious and complete, with juice, coffee, milk, bread and something sweet to accompany.
