According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.The property does not accept payments via PIX.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of BRL 50 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos.Please note that when travelling with pets, the vaccination certificate is mandatory.Please note that a construction work is taking place in the external part of the Hotel from 08/06/2025 to 11/08/2025 during the period of 09:00 until 18:00. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure which made for a relaxing experience after hours of bus ride. Staff was friendly and stored our luggage after checkout at not extra cost while we saw the city.
