24 hour reception - perfect as I was arriving on an 12:30am flight. Pretty much why I booked it. Staff were really nice.

The location was good. Walking distance to main attractions and metro station. Breakfast was good.

Always a good café da manhã. Friendly and helpful staff, good security. The cheaper room is good value for money but is not very pleasant. It has no views and looks down the ablution shaft. Next time I will pay a bit more for a better room.
