Good location, safe, a police station is literally next door. Luz train / metro station with an express train to Guarulhos Airport within 5 minutes walk. Helpful and friendly staff

Wonderful place to stay! Owner is super friendly and speaks great English. Room is simple but sufficient; I loved that the room had a table and its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (even with an electric oven!), and lots of space to have a peaceful meal. I loved it here so much that I extended for another week. It's also well-located, near to some great museums and beautiful architecture, and walking distance to centro. Fantastic connectivity by metro or bus as well. The view from the shared balcony is awesome as well, a great place to sip a coffee and watch city life. It's also very quiet. Fast wifi.

The people working there are very helpful. The room is basic but very clean. The location is a little dangerous but okay if you are careful
