1) staff was extremely helpful and agreed on a late check in and a late check out - we left the room at 14.00 and were able to leave luggage in the staff room on the first floor. That was great as our plane was at night and we didn't have to carry it around under heat. Staff even provided cold drinks while we were wasting time in the lobby; 2) room was clean even though it was not luxury. Towels were changed every single day, cleaning also did their job perfectly on a daily basis; 3) location was perfect - 5 mins from the beach and 2 mins from various shops and cafes 4) more than affordable price

The hotel is really good and clean, excellent location (5 min walk to the beach with a few people only and very clean sand and water) , the owner speaks English and is very helpful. They have their own free washing mashine, which you can use anytime. The rooms are in good condition, everything was working properly, especially the air conditioner. Also very quiet, no noises from other rooms have been heard at all. I will definitely come again.

Friendly front desk staff. Room is a little old, but it is clean & of decent size & with a balcony. There is a tram station (Tuan Jie station) just outside the hotel & it leads all the way to Sanya train station at only 3 yuan (for entire tram line). There are amenities within walking distance (convivence store, eateries, mall) & of course the beach.

In the bathroom, where the toilet and sink are located, the shower is really not well designed. If you don't plan your bath in advance and don't pay attention to where you turn while showering, you will flood the entire bathroom. Apart from that, I had no other problems at this price. The location of the accommodation is good for backpackers. Very close to small and large shops, local and international fast food restaurants (McDonald's), etc., everything can be found in a few minutes. I think public transport is good, with iPhone maps you can plan small and large trips perfectly. The local bus pass can be activated in the Alipay app.
