Loved the grounds. An oasis. Beautiful birds in cages all around the property that sing all day. Location is just across from the mall - need to walk through to get to beach. Great location. Our room was right on the pool - 1 step then in the pool. Breakfast basic but substantial and fresh. Staff / family were beautiful. Rooms clean with fridge, tv, air con and fan - check as another visitor stated no aircon in their room.

The environment surrounding the green and birds. Breakfast was lovely a plenty of coffee and fruits ☕.

Yulia 1 is what it is, cheap an cheerful. Staff will do anything you want. Its safe and clean and the gardens are beautiful with singing birds, some in captivity. Breakfast is simple toast and fruit extras available at a small cost.
