I arrived in the middle of the night due to airport delays and despite not having 24hr reception, there was someone waiting for me to let me in and show me to my villa. I could not have wished for anything else in the villa. Loved the in-room massage, pool at the doorstep and free shuttles to Sanur town/ beach and airport. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I had a late departure and although they couldn't offer me late check-out as my villa was rented to the next guest, they did let me use one of the other rooms later in the day so I could have a shower and a rest before my long flight. Would love to come back soon!

Me and my boyfriend had the most amazing time here! This was our favorite place we stayed in Indonesia! Everything is so well put together and thought out! The design of the villas are breathtaking, the whole area with the nature around the pools and villas are so idyllic and calming! We spent time just laying in the pool and looking at squirrels and birds. The staff is amazing they go out of their way to make your stay special! From the welcoming receptionist, to the maids cleaning rooms and serving the wonderful breakfast to the gardener taking care of the plants. If I come back to Bali one day this is where I'm staying. We don't even want to leave!

The plants, pool and traditional houses make it very scenic. We liked the small touches, like the water dispenser in the room.
