Quiet location with lush gardens and nice pool area. Suite was very spacious and all meals were suburb. Staff were all welcoming and beautiful souls. Highly recommend.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is a hidden gem. An oasis, right in the heart of busy Sanur. Treatments in the Spa are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

A warm welcome on arrival, bags were handled for us and welcome drinks and cool towels provided on check in and given our keys and info. We had an Alantara Suite by the pool, which is a lovely size and very impressive with the large free standing bath and glass door behind. There was an inside and outside shower available. All amenities you need, including a full size iron and ironing board. Tv is fairly small but fine with a number of channels but no Netflix etc. Breakfast has a large selection, mostly savoury options and pastries. Omelettes are made to order and very good, along with the sourdough. The pool is lovely, the beanbags to relax on are fab and the staff keep the pool clean constantly. Swim up bar is also good and very attentive staff there too.
