Natalie “Friendly and welcoming oasis in the middle of Sanur”

Such a lovely hotel in a great location. Close to all the hustle of the main street, restaurants, bars and a short walk to the beach, but a stunning quiet oasis once you walked through the gate. A great way to get around was on the free bikes they have for guests and so I rode all over Sanur both day and night and felt very safe. It was great fun. The pool area and gardens are stunning and the pool was the perfect place for a dip after a bike ride exploring the town and for relaxing and reading quietly. It really was quite special. What really makes Sanur House is the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful and loved having a chat. Dewi in the restaurant/ pool area was just gorgeous and always welcomed me with a massive smile. All of the team, Shinta, Putri, Dyan, Santini and Yogi were an absolute delight. Even the staff doing my room every day were fun and always gave me a wave. They really are a special team and made me feel so welcome.

Location was perfect. Close walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was just right - fruit and cereals, eggs cooked any way you liked and toast. The pool area was great with loungers dotted around. The gardens around the pool and hotel were very tropical and lush with beautiful flowers. We had an amazing Balinese massage that was very good value. Definitely recommend, it was a lovely relaxing stay.

Lovely staff, very good breakfast and pool. Garden setting and decor beautiful. Bed comfy. Good central location and free bikes when available.
