The fine print
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.As required by Indonesian Government, all guests must scan on Peduli Lindungi QR code that’s available at the lobby area. For those who haven’t downloaded the application yet, you need to download it on Google Play Store or Apple Store. This application used to minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission through the implementation of Digital Tracing with the aim of helping to track the mobilization of people who want to access hotel services. Please note that the Water Slide will be closed from 1- 29 February 2024.From January 25 to February 28, 2026, our Terrace Restaurant will be temporarily closed for a floor extension and renovation, aimed at enhancing your dining experience.
During this time, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the Kids Club movie area. In addition, poolside service will be available for lunch and dinner.

We loved everything about the place. We were a group of 19 family and friends celebrating my 50th birthday. The staff simply couldn't do enough for us from greeting us warmly every time we saw them to providing us with food and drinks around the pool and in our rooms. I was even sung happy birthday by the staff and gifted a cake, fruit bowl and bottle of bubbly which was organised by my friends. We were able to all gather by the pool for happy hour every day (12pm - 8pm - buy one get one free cocktails - yum!). Quite simply nothing was too much trouble. The teenagers were happy and the parents were happy.

The beds were comfy, and the kids club was incredible. The staff are super helpful and very smiley, they even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake! There were so many options for breakfast each day.

The facilities for the kids was amazing!! They thought of everything and had so many fun things and activities to do. The pool was also spotless and well maintained. The outdoor cinema was also a great addition. Truly a kids paradise.
