Great facilities and kids area was amazing. All workers very nice as well. Rooms great size and all food and drinks were good. Loved the 8 hour happy hour! Really nice location and loved the stay.

Stayed here recently with 4 friends and my toddler for a girls trip and could not fault it. The resort was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. Staff were extremely friendly, buffet breakfast was delicious. Extensive room service and poolside menu with options for kids, dietary requirements etc. Lots of things going on for kids including daily activities to participate in, pool tables, a toddler play zone, gaming areas, a seperate kids pool with a slide and playground. There's something different on nearly every night for all the family to keep it exciting! Great location, only a short walk down quiet back streets to Sanur centre and the beach. We will definitely return but for longer this time so we can enjoy a good balance of heading out for the day and enjoying the resort and all it has to offer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation – it was perfect for our family. We booked the 3-bedroom apartment, which was the ideal size for us. The fully equipped kitchen made self-catering a breeze, and the added touches like the water filter and coffee machine were so convenient. Having a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs was a big plus, and we were lucky enough to have a view of the outdoor screen where movies were shown – such a great bonus! Our kids (8 and 10 years old) absolutely loved the kids club. They spent hours playing pool and making new friends – it gave them some freedom and gave us some time to relax. The swimming pools were fantastic – loungers around both pools meant we could always find a spot to relax. The kids' pool with the waterslide and adjacent playground were big hits and got plenty of use. All the facilities were spotlessly clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food during happy hour was fantastic – honestly some of the best we’ve had in a resort setting. The location was also spot-on – just a short walk to Sanur’s main street, full of day spas and great restaurants. Plus, right out the front there was a small mart and even a medical centre close by, which was great for peace of mind. We will definitely return – highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing, fun-filled holiday!

Value for money, and a great spot if you’re traveling with kids. The plaza suits has a kids club plus water slide to help keep them entertained. Staff are amazing as always.
