We had phenomenal stay. The hotel kindly allowed us an early check in , which we truly appreciated after a long journey. Everything was exelent - breakfast had a wide variety of delicius options, the beach was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a heated pool and a separate kid's pool, spa, fitness center. The bach bars offer really good food and drinks at reasonable price and there's live music every evening, adding a great atmosfere. We recomend to get around and explore Sanur with bikes. We would defenetly come back.

It was in a very good location. The staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful. The pools were in good condition. The breakfast buffet was complete. Overall, the hotel’s facilities were satisfactory.

Fantastic breakfast catered for my family as we are fussy eaters Pancakes, bananas and juice was the most popular Some of us tried the more exotic food which was delicious

The staff were excellent, the location was good, swimming pool was excellent, the breakfast selection was very good and the choice of restaurants and places to eat on site and off site was very good. The aircon worked well in our room.
