This is my 2nd time back at Little Tree House & it was a comfortable stay. I got the room with the outdoor shower & the water pressure and heat were amazing. The swimming pool was clean & it was quiet. The property is down a lane off the main road & it’s a 10-min walk / quick scooter ride to the area with the shops, but you are very close to Mertasari Beach and I prefer being a little bit away from the busy strip. I think Little Tree House does a good job of taking of the property - the common areas are clean.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were lovely. However, it was not easy to reach them, especially when I was outside and trying to contact them. The dogs around the area were scary and kept barking at me. I tried calling the number, but nobody picked up, and I had to wait about 30 minutes until someone finally answered. Other than that, the room was good value for the money, and the swimming pool and common area were lovely.

The manager / hostess, Komang, was excellent. She was very hospitable and helpful. The resident cat was also an added bonus.

Nice wee place! Pool area was nice We had a late check in (1am) & someone was there waiting for us, processed a quick check in for us
