The pool and location. We used the resort driver to get to Legian after torrential rain and the streets were flooded everywhere took 3 and a half hours i would love to thank the driver.

Ok, so I was really worried about this property after reading some of the reviews. However, this was not my first trip to Sanur and I really wanted to stay on the beach but I don't like paying for expensive properties as I am not the type to spend all my time at my accommodation/resort. Knowing where this was located, we decided to take a risk. And I am so glad we did. This property is in an absolutely fantastic location, right near everything you need if you are on a holiday to shop, swim, eat and indulge in spa treatments. Icon Mall is just a short little stroll along the fabulous boardwalk that runs along the front of the hotel. Spas, shopping, restaurants and everything else you may need is very handy along the beachwalk and also in the main road running parallel to the beach. They have sun lounges on the beach for relaxation. The pool was clean and a great temperature and easy to get in and out of (which is important for middle-aged women, Bali is not great at doing accessible pools). There were also a great number of sun lounges and we had no trouble getting two when we needed them. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast included was very simple and we did have it a couple of mornings (omelets). But we ventured out the other mornings for something a little nicer. So I wouldn't chose breakfast included option if you like indulging in yummy pastries and other breakfast dishes as your choices within walking distance are many. The room was a lovely, large room with large beds for the two of us in a twin share room. We were upstairs but the stairs were not a problem; they were completely manageable. The bathroom was a decent size with a walk-in shower. It was nice to have chairs in our room to relax on, as well as chairs on our balcony too.

Breakfast was not good. No cereals jams not labeled, staff unable to understand simple English. We had breakfast elsewhere.

Location on beach front was excellent. Generous size room with nice views. A bit tired and could do with a bit of a revamp. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice 😄
