The Hyatt in Sanur is always my first stay after a 24h trip to get to Bali. I love their service and friendly staff, going to the max to make your stay worthwhile. I upgraded my Deluxe room to a room with a bath tub for $25 per night, which came with sea view. Good water pressure, hot water and spacious room. Also free bottles of water of which you can always order more. I wanted a bath soap and extra body lotion, which arrived in my room on the double. I love the location, you can walk either way and explore Sanur Beach. Great sunrise views. The garden of the hotel is really nice. The breakfast buffet is really overwhelming, with so many choices of different food. From Korean to Indian, Western and ofcourse Balinese/Indonesian food. Great - crispy - bacon. Lots of fresh fruit and many, many other options to choose from. The staff went all the way to get you what you want and food was always topped up before running out. The once per week BBQ-buffet at the beach looked nice, but I didn’t try the food. It smelled delicious :)

Amazing facilities and staff, for the resort being older it has been very well maintained, the gardens are gorgeous, great breakfast. The staff are so friendly and helpful, great location.

It’s lovely green lush gardens and true Bali vibe and feel. The pool areas are amazing and location is great. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops.

The parc and the direct access to the beach. Kids club is great as well.
