Very friendly personal. Particular thanks to Lia Pureza for the friendliness, willingness to help and flexibility regarding the room cleaning time. Also excellent that pets are not allowed. This is important for hygiene and also guests having allergies. Please keep this way.

This was the best stay of our honeymoon! The staff were exceptional and welcoming, and Carolina went above and beyond to make our experience special, even surprising us with some extra touches (thank you!). We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Santos.

Excellent location, about 700m from the beach. Staff was super friendly and Eric quickly resolved one issue that came up in our room. Breakfast had plent of options and included an omelet/tapioca station. Bedroom was spacious and super clean. The highlight was the indoor pool, which we used every day during our stay. Finally, room service was of the highest quality - we can recommend both the risottos and the fried shrimp!
