The breakfast was too greasy,heavy. No fruit, bread, yogurt or other easier to digest " choices ". I Do NOT like to use any Styrofoam products for environmental health reasons ( we are killing ourselves in garbage)- and the breakfast was only served in Styrofoam packaging. Ugh. The breakfast was brought to the room, and the staff seemed uneasy and not liking this part of the job. I could understand that! I suggest create a buffet table downstairs with at least Paper coffee cups - please! NOT hot coffee in Plastic cups! Get some reusable cups, bowls, plates. Banana, papaya, piña, some croissants, hard boiled eggs, good coffee with side of leche. Easy does it. Cut the garbage down in size and use fruit/ food waste to feed the beautiful plants in the downstairs walkway. Also, Alex the pm receptionist was very nice, helpful, professional. He needs a promotion!

The staff very friendly and nice. We really love this place and God will we are planning to stay there next time. The only reason we wouldnt stay there is cause my family will feel a little offended.

Bathroom was OK, enough space, clean, warm water. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Employees were nice and helpfull.
