Exceptionally clean. Own car parking space in undercover garage was a bonus. Individual room air con. Laundry facilities available although we didn’t use.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The environment is beautiful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We felt completely at home - comfortable, relaxed, and truly enjoyed every moment. The peaceful surroundings made our family getaway even more special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cozy, well-maintained accommodation!

Excellent accommodation, in a good location, a new residential complex. The entire apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, including an underground parking space.

This is a very pleasant, spacious and comfortable apartment with a lovely view of the city and the ocean. There is an underground garage there for cars. It also provides easy access to the center of Funchal by bus. If you like to go uphill for shopping, there is a supermarket more or less nearby. The residential complex also has a swimming pool, but we didn't use it because we traveled around the island. Sandra is very supportive and easy to contact with.
