Despite being a bit far from the center, the location is exceptional. Short walk tonthe center. Beautiful property inside and out, clean rooms, simple but delicious breakfast.

Attic room which was spacious clean and very comfortable. Parking at the door. Easy 15 minutes walk to santlillana del Mar. Peaceful house and surroundings. Excellent breakfast in lovely room facing the gardens.

A beautiful renovated inn with history, with lovely, comfortable bedrooms, silence at night (location on outskirts of town...but only takes 10 minutes to walk to main center), bathroom with heated towel rack, lovely sitting area on main floor, whether indoors or outside in the spacious, peaceful garden and the wonderful host, Lili, who provided a huge breakfast for a very reasonable price.

We stayed 2 nights at Posada Herran, the hotel was exceptional value for money, very well appointed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there enormously and opted for breakfast each day at just 5€ it was excellent. The hotel is just outside the town an easy 15 minute stroll/amble through the quaint hamlet. I would highly recommend this hotel for its warm welcome and on site parking. I scored it 10/10.
