The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%.Please note that for tax exemption, travellers must pay in US dollars and present the migration card they are given upon arrival in the country.Foreign business travellers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Please note that the use of the swimming pool will incur an additional charge of CLP 3000 per person.The swimming pool is open from January to March, Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.Pool closure on March 31st, 2026. Only open during the summer season.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very welcoming. Very helpful . We stayed a few times and they were able to store our luggage while we did some short trips. No issue at all to get the tax exemption. I strongly recommend that place

This was a great place to stay. The location was amazing and it felt very safe. It was located right next to the busy streets filled with shops and the buzzing life of Santiago. On top of the apartment there was an amazing pool with fantastic view over the whole city of Santiago. I would definitely recommend this place to explore the city. The reception were also very kind people.
