Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

A perfect stay in Santiago. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms and common areas are very nicely decorated. Quiet part of town and easy to get the metro or walk to tourist locations. Breakfast included

Was a lovely location. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. It felt like we were staying with family. Nice breakfast to start the day. Communication from Ignacio was very good and he went above and beyond to help with questions and advice. We enjoyed our time there.

It waa a very authentic cosy stay at a very quiet and authentic street in Providencia. We loved our room, and. the cosy breakfast room. Ignacio and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. And they made their best for us to feel like home. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

The owners Ignacio and Jami are very warm and hospitable , they go out of their way to make you feel at home. When you get back to the place in the evening Ignacio meets you with a smile and immediately offers you a cup of tea or coffee. They ask you what you like to eat for breakfast. They help you in any way they can.
