I regularly visit Santiago and this is one of the best and nicest apartments I have rented so far. It is in a less upscale part of Providencia, close to Plaza Baquedano and the center. But the neighbourhood is clean and it looked safe. The cleaning staff did a really good job, every other day the apartment looked like new. Also parking without problems and quite close to Autopista Norte. La Chascona (Pablo Neruda's house) and the cable car to Cerro San Cristóbal are at a walking distance. And just for information, the rental is managed by a company (not a private owner).

Lovely location, easy walk to the funicular and the lively area of BellaVista. Mountain view. Nice balcony. Great to have a lift.

Great location, very quiet considering how close it is to everything. The apartment was comfortable and relatively well equipped.

Good quiet location, however it's only a few minutes walk from the Bellavista Patio area with its many restaurants and bars. Have previously stayed one block from the patio and the noise was a problem overnight. The apartment was clean, and the design is good with two bedrooms plus a separate lounge/kitchen area. It was very good value.
