The fine print
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

A quirky hostel in a great location, right in the heart of Bella Vista, with walking distance to many attractions. The kitchen is clean and has a coffee machine, and the common areas are nice to relax in. Very nice balcony in some of the rooms.

Close to Bella Vista area and other tourist spots. The hotel has a cute balcony and so did our room. Basic kitchen facilities which was a bonus for us.

The room was amaziing, we have our own bathroom and balcony with an amuse view of the sunset. Also the facilities of the place where very good. The places were clean and the location is great because is near a bar/restourants area (but still quiet for sleep) and near the metro.
