This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. It was a very nice neighborhood overall. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. 24 hour reception was another nice touch.

This is a handy place for one or two nights. The decor is modern to the point of austerity but exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Close to public transit is a plus.

Breakfast is a good buffet with eggs, potatoes, cold cuts, cheese, pastries, fruit salad, coffee and tea. Pretty good for the price.
