The location was good,the breakfast was great, and the staff were nice and helpful.., but their computer system had problem and delayed showing our payments which delayed our check in.

Huge room, clean and with a fantastic view of the city. Even though we arrived a bit early for check-in, the staff gave us our room, which was exceptional customer service. The area the hotel is in is very nice and trendy, and very safe.

Everything was amazing! Great bed, very clean, the staff ate very polite and the breakfast is amazing. Worth the value. The location is also good, very secure.

Great location in one of the bests areas of Santiago, well connected and surrounded by everything you need. The hotel is modern and efficient with great facilities. Breakfast is very complete and worth the money.
