The kitchen and laundry facilities were really good. The room was on the smaller size but still comfortable. It was a relatively short walk (10-12mins) from the Santiago cathedral. Reception staff were very helpful.

Had an amazing stay at Loop Inn Hostel. The hostel was super clean everywhere and the staff were very very helpful, smiley and happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was served every morning with an abundance of choice. My daughter is coeliac and they had gluten free bread and biscuits as well as a dedicated toaster. On our second day they had also obtained gluten free cereal for her which was above and beyond. Would highly recommend staying here as the location is fantastic.

- The room was a good size. - The bathroom was great, huge shower. - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. - The breakfast buffet was beautiful with a lot of variety.

Low cost but comfortable. Had 24/7 reception. Breakfast included was tasty. Helpful staff. Quiet. Safe and secure luggage storage.
