Convenient to the cathedral and felt like luxury after completing my camino. Staff were awesome, it had a decent amount of space and was clean and so comfortable. Made it so easy to catch up with fellow pilgrims as they entered the square.

Breakfast is good . Location and friendly receptionist are excellent . We walked to the hotel after a 240km caminho from Porto Portuguese route. The only thing with miscommunication is the housekeeping . We requested a new towels before we left the following day to tour around the area , the lady gave us but she didn’t clean our room .maybe when we requested the towels that she gave to us it means to her we don’t like her to clean our room(?) .she should have go in and clean it as well . Maybe she doesn’t speak or understand English (?) but it’s ok . Next time, I would love to stay in ur place again as a tourist but no more caminho .. if request to change towels for the next day to us , tge hiusekeepers will Ave still clean our rooms. 🧡
